Owner and operator, Jasmin Harker got her start in the hair industry in 1997. She believes education is essential for growth and makes that a mantra for both her personal and professional life. With a commitment to service and style, Jasmin is passionate about helping her clients discover their most radiant selves. Jocelyn loves designing a look and style that is as flattering as it is effortless to maintain. She believes beauty is individual. Jocelyn loves the creative challenge of special occasion up-do's, as well as editorial and runway looks. Her technical knowledge and years of expertise combined with her artful aesthetic, allows her clients to leave feeling confident, and capable of maintaining their look at home.

Upon completing her advanced training in Vancouver, Susan started her career at Pomp and Proper. Her attention to detail and easy­going nature attracts a diverse clientele with a wide range of styles. Susan enjoys creating classic, short cuts; bobs of all lengths; long, layered styles and her favorite; the undone, beachy look. She does natural colour work and is always excited for the challenge of a dramatic colour change. Enjoy a relaxing visit with Susan and experience fresh, healthy and easy–to–maintain hair.

Born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, Jessy made the big move to Vancouver in 2008. With training in both Korea and Canada, she is now a Portfolio Colorist of L'Oréal Professional enabling her to stay on top of trends and inspire and share knowledge with others. Jessy believes everyone has their own unique beauty that requires different techniques and approaches. She always listens to what you want and adds a touch of her creativity to bring out the best look for you. With her detailed home-care coaching you will feel confident upon leaving the chair until your next visit!

Jenn is a dedicated stylist, whose passion stems from former Vidal Sassoon training. In her work she strives to acknowledge the instinctive nature of hair and loves to create a look that works with clients' individual style, while understanding and appreciating natural texture. Jenn loves to work with airy and soft shapes, but also has a distinctive flair with precision, structure and clean lines. When designing a look, she likes to work collaboratively with ones style, skin tone and texture. Her thoughtful use of patterns, colour combinations, and highlights help achieve a look her clients can gracefully achieve at home. Jenn takes pride in realizing and enhancing her clients' vision, and welcomes your concepts with an inspired attitude.

Mana was born in Osaka, Japan and grew up in Kobe. She moved to Canada in 2014 where she started her education in hospitality but she quickly changed to pursue her true passion in hair. She specializes in balayage, highlights and perming. She loves creating styles that are effortless and natural, making sure to take the time to make you look and feel your best!
